About Us

Advocate Reinsurance Partners, LLC is a partnership established in 2009 by reinsurance veterans and U.S. Risk Insurance Group, Inc., a leading managing general agency and wholesale operation. Advocate Reinsurance Partners is an independent partnership that focuses on its clients' ultimate success by challenging old ways of doing business with decades of reinsurance and capital market experience. We put our clients first as any true advocate should. We challenge ourselves by being willing to combine unconventional thinking with experience to deliver the most effective reinsurance programs possible. We are not saddled with years of legacy issues. We begin each client relationship with a blank sheet of paper – no preconceived ideas or agendas. We constantly challenge ourselves and our markets to deliver the very best solution to our clients. This may challenge the status quo, but as long as our clients' needs are served, we know we're adding value.

We are structured, and function as, a “partnership”. We are nimble and provide a high-touch boutique experience to our clients. Each partner in our firm is the ultimate point of contact for our clients. We believe in treating our colleagues and our clients like partners. In the spirit of treating our clients as partners, we believe in “de-mystifying” some of the old secrets many reinsurance brokers hold as sacred such as modeling techniques, marketing strategies, or compensation structures. We are a full service intermediary. Using our Analytics Team we custom tailor our reinsurance programs to achieve our clients' financial goals. We use a combination of catastrophe modeling and dynamic financial analysis to create industry leading solutions. Our Client Service Group strives to deliver the best support in the industry from accounting, claims, contract wording to market placement.
